The Centre for Natural Medicine in Winnipeg, MB has 4 licensed and board certified naturopathic doctors and currently welcome new patients. 
Naturopathic physicians are specialists in health and natural medicine. Naturopathic medical training requires a minimum prerequisite of 3 years pre-med studies, before entry to the 4 year post-graduate doctorate program. 

All naturopathic physicians in Manitoba must pass intensive North American and MB board exams in order to obtain licensing, and are governed by a provincial board to ensure standards of practice. Naturopathic physicians are primary health care practitioners trained in diverse techniques of modern and scientific, historic and traditional methods.

The clinic also offers the service of colon hydrotherapy.
